Overview

Arsenal's ticket hub needed more than a refresh. We reskinned the experience from top to bottom and rebuilt the fan journey around a short set of questions that tailor what content each visitor sees. Whether you're following the men's team, women's team or youth academy, a hardcore supporter or a casual browser, the hub now serves you something relevant from the moment you land.

The brief

Built in Next.js and TypeScript, working within Arsenal's existing codebase and engineering team. We delivered a significant visual refresh alongside a personalised fan journey, using a short set of questions to surface relevant content based on team preference and supporter type.
